Hi!
I have learned a lot so far, being in these books.
I have learned a lot about dinosaurs, the past, science, geography, and so much more.
(Of course I read the books! I’m the star, after all!)
I have learned that we should respect historic sites. We need to read the signs and follow the rules. These ancient fossils are rare and important, and you are never supposed to take them.
(Well, sometimes a site will have a place you can dig and take fossils home. Cool, huh?)
But the main thing I have learned is that is it fun to read. Fun to learn. And, most of all, fun to do that with your friends. I could not do all these adventures without my best friends, Shovel and Pick. (Or my dog, Diggy, of course.) Oh, yeah, sometimes we argue and pick on each other.
But we also cooperate and collaborate. That means we help each other and listen to see who might have a better idea.
When you are in the middle of a rip-roaring adventure in the middle of a mess of dinosaurs, you learn to get along with each other real fast. And to run—real fast!
